Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the product price.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
While orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
HFH is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact shop@heavenfashionhouse.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
PRE-ORDER
How does pre-order work?
- Pre-Order Placement: You place a pre-order for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock. The estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of the pre-order.
- Production & Shipping: We begin production or secure your item once the pre-order period closes. The standard turnaround time is four weeks, but this can vary due to unforeseen circumstances like supply chain delays or production challenges. We strive to keep you updated on any changes and get your order to you as soon as possible.
- Shipment Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
